Return and Exchange Policy
At TAYNO Footwear, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our shoes, designed not only for style but also for unparalleled comfort. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to help.
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for your TAYNO Footwear purchase. You can return any unworn item in its original packaging, allowing you to shop with confidence!
Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns only if items are shipped back within 10 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
- Eligible returns are free of charge.
- Items shipped back after the 10-day window will incur a 25% restocking fee deducted from the refund.
- Returned items must be in brand-new condition, with original packaging intact, and suitable for resale.
- Items must be securely packed in a carton box to avoid damage to the original packaging.
- Items that have been exchanged previously are not eligible for return.
- Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only.
Exchanges
- Only one exchange is permitted per order.
- The original item must be returned and tracked before we can dispatch the replacement.
- Please request your replacement as an exchange on the Return & Exchange portal.
Final Sales
- Discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note that all bulk orders, defined as any order exceeding 6 pairs of the same item in different sizes or colors, are considered final sale. As such, bulk orders are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns.

Defective or Flawed Products
We stand behind our products. If your item is defective or flawed, you have 10 days to request a replacement at no cost as an exchange on the Return & Exchange portal. Additional information may be requested at our discretion. We reserve the right to deny replacement requests that do not meet our criteria.

Exclusions
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Items showing signs of wear or lacking original packaging are ineligible for return or exchange.
Customer Responsibility
TAYNO Footwear assumes no liability for items lost or damaged during transit once they are with the shipping carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to submit claims for lost or damaged items directly with the carrier. This policy applies to both original and return shipments. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to confirm delivery and protect against potential loss or damage.
